Methods of payment

1. Bank card

We work with reliable, secure payment processing systems.

Cards issued by any bank in the world are accepted. The information is processed using SSL 256 encryption on the server of the electronic payment system (all personal information is encoded, including credit and debit plastic card data, name and address). This means that your card data is not available to the administrators of our site, or the EXTEMPORE team, or anyone else.

 

CONFIRMATION LETTER

The confirmation letter would be sent to the e-mai, which was specified at the registration form. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam and promotions folder.

In the case of registration of a group or if you have paid in another way (within the invoice), the confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mails within 2-3 working days.

 

REFUND POLICY

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The refund for the paid Registration Fee (ticket) for the Conference could be made by the Organizer in the following cases:<

1. Cancellation of the Conference.
2. Significant changes in the conditions of the conference (dates of the Conference).
3. Personal reason of the Participant (urgent operations, hospitalization, death of the participant or his close relatives). Participants should notify the Organizer (to send e-mail to soloviyova@extempore.info) in 7 working days before or after the dates of the Conference and provide supporting documents.

FUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if the cancellation or postponement of Сonference dates were made in a reason of  force majeure. In this case, the Registration Fee may be transferred to any other EXTEMPORE Conferences, or the same Conference with different (postponed) dates of the Conference.

 

REFUND PROCEDURE
In case of one of the above reasons, Participant should apply to EXTEMPORE with a direct request by email to soloviyova@extempore.info or through the notification form on this site (Contact the manager) for refunding the Registration Fee.

 

RULES OF ACCOUNTING

There is no refund of the bank/transfer system commission for the transfer of Registration Fee and local Income tax (5%).

Refunds are made exclusively in non-cash form to the card account within 10 banking days from the date of request and providing the data for the refund process.

 

WE GUARANTEE

You pay 100% of the official and real Registration fee (tickets), because we are the Organizer of the Conferences.
