Where do I enter the access code (password) for the broadcast?
When you open the streaming page (where the video player is located), you will see a field to enter your access code.
The access code is a 5-digit number that was sent to the email address used during registration.
A reminder email with your code was sent yesterday from INFO@EXTEMPORE.INFO. If you did not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If the email is missing, contact us at info@extempore.info.
How to use the chat?
To log in, simply enter your name in the chat login window.
To close the chat, click the chat icon again.
On mobile devices, open the video in full screen to close or hide the chat.
Questions posted in the chat will be shared with the speakers after each lecture. You can send your question at any time during the session.
Where can I find the course program?
Click on the program icon located next to the video player to view the full schedule.
When will I receive my Certificate of Participation?
Certificates will be sent by July 12 to the email address you registered with.
To receive a certificate, you will need to complete a questionnaire, which will be sent to you after the course ends.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
You will have 60 days of access to the course video recordings.
How do I change the language of the stream/video records?
You can switch between English and Ukrainian at the top of the video player.
How do I make the video full screen?
On a computer: Click the full screen icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
On mobile (vertical view): Tap the video player, then tap the full screen icon in the bottom right.
On mobile (horizontal view): Tap the bottom right corner of the video player to expand.
How do I adjust the sound?
On a computer: Use the volume icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
On a mobile device: Use your device’s physical volume buttons.
How do I change the video quality?
Click the Settings icon (gear wheel) in the bottom right corner of the video player.
I’m watching the stream and it isn’t working
Make sure the broadcast is open on only one device and one browser tab.
Reload the page by clicking the Reload Page icon in the top left corner.
Try reopening the broadcast link:
Copy the link from your email.
Close the current browser tab.
Open a new one, paste the link, and press Enter.
Reduce video quality via the Settings icon.
Use a recommended browser such as Google Chrome, Opera, or Safari.
