Where can I find the access code (password) for the Conference broadcast?

The access code (password) for the broadcast was sent to the e-mail specified during registration (inside the invitation letter). This is a five-digit set. Enter the password in the box on the broadcast screen. After entering the password, wait for 15-30 seconds for the video to load.

If you do not have a letter in your mail, please check the «spam» folder, sender is EXTEMPORE.INFO.

If there is no letter, please contact the conference manager

I’m watching on the computer/laptop and the broadcast does not work for me (does not load, has stoped, etc)?

Make sure the broadcast links are open on only one device.

Reload the broadcast page. Click on the Reload Page icon in the upper left corner of your screen.

Reopen the page. To do this, copy the link to the Conference broadcast page that was sent by EXTEMPORE.INFO. Then close the current broadcast tab, open a new web page and paste the previously copied link. Press ENTER to load the page, and enter the access code (password) and keep watching!

Try lowering the broadcast quality to 480p video format by clicking on the “Settings” icon in the lower right corner of the broadcast screen.

Change your browser. It is recommended to use Google Chrome / Operа or Google Chrome / Safari as a web-browser.

I’m watching on a smartphone or tablet on Android OS, and the broadcast does not work (does not load, has stopped)?

1. In order to start watching the live broadcast, enter in the broadcast window the individual access code (password) that you received in the letter from EXTEMPORE.INFO

2. After entering the access code, wait for 15-30 seconds for the video to load

3. Check that the broadcast is not open in two windows at the same time. For this:

  • After activating the screen of the gadget, you need to click on the icon in the form of two rectangles at the screen bottom. For some models, you need to hold down the Home button for a while. All open application tabs will appear in front of you in the form of a list. Each open application can be removed from the list by simply pulling it to the side or down with your finger. Find the conference / broadcast web-page and close it.
  • If you press the icon and hold your finger on the screen for a while, the message will appear: «Remove from the list». This is another possible way to exit the application (not applicable on all models).
  • Reopen the broadcast page in a new tab.

I’m watching on a IPhone or iPad, and the broadcast does not work (does not load, has stopped)?

1. In order to start watching the live broadcast, enter into the broadcast window the individual access code (password) that you received in the letter from EXTEMPORE.INFO

2. After entering the access code, wait for 15-30 seconds for the video to load

3. Check that the broadcast is not open in two windows at the same time. For this:

  • From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom and hold your finger in the center of the screen. All applications, that are opened on the smartphone, will appear.
  • Scroll right or left until you find the broadcast page of the conference you want to quit.
  • To quit an app, swipe up on the preview screen.
  • Reopen the conference page in a new tab. We recommend using Google Chrome / Safari web-browsers.

How to work with chat?

The chat icon is on the right side of the broadcast window. Click on the icon and start chatting. You will be able to enter the chat using your social media account. Please write the messages in the chat window. There’s no possibility to edit the sent message.

The conference moderator will discuss issues with the speakers immediately after their presentations. We recommend you to write questions as soon as you have them.

Where can I see the program?

The program icon is located next to the broadcast window. When you click, the Conference program opens.

When will I receive my Certificate of Participation?

A certificate for participation in the conference will be sent by e-mail. Sender — EXTEMPORE.INFO.

Please watch the conference broadcast live or in records to receive the Certificate.

We plan to send the Certificates by April 16th to those who watched the Conference live broadcast, and by May 15th to those who will be watching the conference in recording.

The language of the certificate is Ukrainian for participants from Ukraine, English for participants from other countries.
